Sleeping Lotus

Acrylic on canvas (40x40 cm) (Collected)

One of the unique features of Westlake lotus is that she is bloomming in the day time, and then shrinking in the evening. I bought the flowers when I was running around the lake in the morning, but I did not have time to pain them immediately. I could do so only in the evening. That is why I called this painting “Sleeping Lotus”
